Agreement to These Terms

Terms and conditions: These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (whether personally or on behalf of an entity — "you") and ARECH Technology ("ARECH", "we", "us", "our") concerning your access to and use of the website at https://arechtech.com and any related media (collectively the "Site").

By accessing the Site you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Site immediately.

Supplemental terms or documents posted on the Site from time to time are incorporated by reference. ARECH may change these Terms at its discretion. Changes take effect on posting and are signalled by the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the changed Terms.

Information on the Site is not intended for distribution to or use by any person or entity in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use is contrary to law. Users accessing the Site from such locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local law.

User Eligibility

The Site is intended for users at least 18 years old. Persons under 18 may not register for any feature on the Site. Minors in jurisdictions where the age of majority is 18 must have parental or guardian permission and direct supervision to use the Site.

User Representations

By using the Site you represent and warrant that:

1. All registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete.
2. You will maintain the accuracy of that information and update it promptly when necessary.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into and comply with these Terms.
4. You are not under the applicable age limit, or if a minor, you have parental permission to use the Site.
5. You will not access the Site through automated or non-human means (bots, scripts, scrapers).
6. You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
7. Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If any information you provide is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, ARECH may suspend or terminate your account and refuse any current or future use of the Site.

Account Registration

You may be required to register an account to access certain features. You agree to keep your password confidential and you are responsible for all activity under your account. ARECH may remove, reclaim, or change a username at its sole discretion if it deems the username inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than the one ARECH has made it available for. The Site may not be used for commercial purposes except those specifically endorsed or approved by ARECH. Specifically, you agree not to:

1. Systematically retrieve data or content to compile a database or directory without written permission.
2. Make unauthorised use of the Site, including collecting usernames or email addresses for unsolicited email or creating accounts by automated means.
3. Use a buying or purchasing agent to make purchases on the Site.
4. Use the Site to advertise or sell goods and services.

7. Mislead users or ARECH, especially to learn sensitive account information.
8. Make improper use of support services or submit false reports.
9. Engage in automated use of the system (scripts, data-mining tools).
10. Interfere with, disrupt, or create undue burden on the Site or its networks.
11. Impersonate another user or person.
12. Sell or transfer your profile.
13. Use information obtained from the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
14. Use the Site to compete with ARECH or for any revenue-generating endeavour.
15. Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer software on the Site.
16. Attempt to bypass measures that prevent or restrict access.
17. Harass, intimidate, or threaten ARECH employees or agents.
18. Delete copyright or proprietary-rights notices from any Content.
19. Copy or adapt the Site's software (HTML, JavaScript, or other code).
20. Upload viruses, Trojan horses, or material that interferes with the Site's operation.
21. Upload material acting as a passive or active information-collection mechanism.
22. Use, launch, or distribute automated systems including spiders or offline readers.
23. Disparage or tarnish ARECH or the Site.
24. Use the Site in any manner inconsistent with applicable laws or regulations.

User Contributions

The Site may invite contributions to chat, blogs, message boards, forums, and similar features ("Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users and may be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary. When you create or post Contributions, you represent and warrant that:

• They do not infringe the proprietary rights of any third party.
• You are the creator or hold the necessary licences, rights, consents, and permissions.
• You have the written consent of every identifiable person in your Contributions.
• They are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• They are not unsolicited advertising, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, or mass mailings.
• They are not obscene, lewd, violent, harassing, libellous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable.
• They do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
• They do not advocate the violent overthrow of any government or incite harm.
• They do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
• They do not violate the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
• They do not solicit personal information from minors or exploit minors.
• They do not violate any law concerning child sexual abuse material.
• They do not include offensive comments related to race, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, or disability.
• They do not otherwise violate these Terms or any applicable law.

Any use of the Site in violation of the above constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in termination of your access to the Site.

Site Management

ARECH reserves the right to monitor the Site for violations of these Terms, take appropriate legal action against any user who, in ARECH's sole discretion, violates the law or these Terms, restrict access to or availability of any Contributions or any portion of the Site, and remove from the Site or disable files and Content that are excessive in size or in any way burdensome to systems.

Term and Termination

These Terms remain in full force and effect while you use the Site. ARECH may, in its sole discretion and without notice or liability, deny access to and use of the Site (including blocking certain IP addresses) to any person for any reason, including for breach of any representation, warranty, or covenant in these Terms or of any applicable law or regulation. ARECH may terminate your use or participation in the Site, delete your account, and delete any Content you posted, at any time and without warning.

Modifications and Interruptions

ARECH reserves the right to change, modify, or remove the contents of the Site at any time and for any reason at its sole discretion without notice. ARECH cannot guarantee the Site will be available at all times and is not liable for any loss caused by Site unavailability.

Governing Law

These Terms and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Site shall be referred to the competent courts of Shenzhen, People's Republic of China. The parties agree to attempt good-faith negotiation before initiating formal proceedings.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. ARECH disclaims, to the fullest extent permitted by law, all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Site and your use of it.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will ARECH or its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site, even if ARECH has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ARECH and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand made by any third party arising out of (1) your Contributions, (2) your use of the Site, (3) your breach of these Terms, (4) your breach of representations and warranties in these Terms, (5) your violation of the rights of a third party including intellectual-property rights, or (6) any harm caused by you to another user of the Site.
