The Formal Warranty & Guarantee Policy

This page is the formal Warranty & Guarantee policy for ARECH LED displays. It supplements the ARECH Terms and Conditions of Sale; if any contradiction arises between the two documents, the Terms and Conditions take precedence. Customers should read both to understand their rights and ARECH's commitments under the sale.

The policy applies to end-users who own ARECH products — the customer who specified and installed the display, or the integrator who delivered it to the end client. The relationship is direct between ARECH and the named end-user owner of the product.

WARRANTY DURATION

The warranty period starts on the product shipment date — or on the on-site acceptance date if ARECH is responsible for acceptance.

Cree (Wolfspeed) LEDs

Three-year warranty on LED displays built with Cree (Wolfspeed) LED chips — the longer tier, matched to the chip engineered for stadium, outdoor, and touring duty.

Nationstar Gold-Wire LEDs

Two-year warranty on LED displays built with Nationstar gold-wire LED chips. LED chip provenance per project is documented at quote stage and confirmed on the shipping paperwork.

Defects in Materials and Workmanship

Manufacturing

Defects introduced during the assembly process at the ARECH factory.

Materials

Defects in the components sourced from named brand partners — the bill-of-materials provenance is published on the partners & brands page.

Workmanship

Defects in the labour and assembly discipline applied during production. ARECH repairs or replaces affected parts at no charge during the warranty window.

Conditions

Applies to products in new condition, installed and serviced by ARECH-certified personnel, with the documented preventive maintenance performed across the install life.

EXCLUSIONS

What Is Not Covered

Consumables — items subject to expected replacement across normal use: lamps, liquids, filters, fans, pumps, and individual power supplies considered on a wear basis.

Improper use — defects resulting from failure to follow the operating instructions in the technical documentation.

Accidents and alterations — defects from accidents, unauthorised alteration, modification of the original condition, or connection to incompatible equipment or systems.

Environmental factors — damage from failure to respect installation requirements: high temperatures, humidity, dust, power surges, or other conditions outside the documented spec.

Wear and tear — defects or damage from normal wear and tear over the product's service life.

External causes — any damage caused by external factors beyond ARECH's reasonable control.

The ARECH Warranty

A written commitment to repair or replace products that fail due to defects in materials or workmanship within the window. Scope: materials and workmanship. Duration: 2 or 3 years per LED chip tier. Action: repair or replacement, chosen by ARECH by defect severity.

The ARECH Guarantee

A broader assurance covering overall after-sales performance and customer satisfaction across the service life. If the product underperforms against the quoted spec, ARECH addresses the gap — repair, replacement, refund, exchange, or additional support — plus lifetime after-warranty service and free spare accessories during the warranty window.

    Document the symptom — pixel defect, brightness drift, mechanical issue, control failure — with photos or video if helpful.

    Engineering review

    The assigned engineer reviews the case and confirms whether the issue falls under the warranty.

    ARECH proposes the resolution — repair on-site, repair at the factory, or part replacement — and the timeline.

    Logistics

    The customer arranges freight on the customer-side legs; ARECH arranges the factory-side work and the spare-part dispatch.

    Close-out

    The repair or replacement is verified; the warranty period continues to run on the affected component per the policy.

Who pays freight and customs on a warranty claim?
ARECH handles the warranty repair work and the spare-part shipment from the factory; the customer covers freight, insurance, and any import duties or taxes back to the customer's location. Customs paperwork and HS coding are prepared by ARECH so the shipment clears on the customer side without back-and-forth.
What support is available after the warranty period?
Lifetime after-warranty service. ARECH provides repair and maintenance support after the warranty expires, charged at materials-plus-labour cost. Effective service is available even for LED displays that were not originally purchased from ARECH, by mutual agreement with the engineering team.
